When are your shows?

We're open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Typically our bar opens around 7pm and shows start at 8pm, unless stated otherwise on the event page.

How do I get tickets?

Head to the 'What's On?' section at the top of our website. You'll find all of our upcoming shows there. Pick your show, select your tickets, and you're good to go.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

If there are tickets left, absolutely. Though booking ahead means you won't have that awkward moment of turning up to find we're full.

Why the ticket limit?

We're a cozy little venue and experience has taught us that one massive group can sometimes overwhelm the room. If you've got a larger party, drop us an email and we'll sort something out.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

We wish it was. Unfortunately, being in a cellar means we've got stairs to contend with. If you have any access requirements, email us and we'll do our best to help.

What's the best night to see comedy in Bath?

Depends what you're after: Saturday for the biggest headline lineup, Friday for a punchier weekend starter, Monday for brand new material at Pint & A Laugh, or the £1 Open Mic on Wednesday if you want something rawer and cheaper.

Is The Jesters good for a first date?

Friday and Saturday's 7pm sitting are the most popular date-night picks: a proper night out that still finishes at a reasonable hour.
