Alex Farrow & Burt Williamson: Double Edinburgh Preview

This Monday, we’re bringing two brilliant Edinburgh Fringe previews to Bath’s most intimate comedy venue…

🎤 Alex Farrow

Alex blends philosophy and science in his stand-up, and it’s as clever as it sounds. His cerebral solo shows sold out the Edinburgh Fringe in 2019, 2021 & 2022. He’s also written for Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, and his jokes have appeared in The Times’ best-of-Fringe list. Critics call him “an intelligent new star with a skill for strong joke writing” (British Comedy Guide) and “practically perfect” (The Scotsman).

🎤 Burt Williamson – Sure I’m Not Infallible But At Least I’m Hung (WIP)

Burt’s third hour is shaping up to be his best yet — a dense, wordy, goofy journey through absurdity. Described by The Scotsman as "clever in unguessable ways, unexpectedly hilarious at every turn and a great joy wrapped up in a big laugh," and praised by Entertainment Now as "the funniest, most unlikely, rudest yet sweetest" act you’ll see.

Join us for an evening of thought-provoking, ridiculously funny stand-up — the perfect midweek treat for anyone who likes their jokes served with a side of brains. These are preview performances, so you're seeing fresh, unfiltered material before anyone else.
