First appearing on the Bath comedy scene in mid 2022, Keane Tugwell started as a regular at Pint and a Laugh at The Saracens Head, before taking over with Big Squash Comedy in 2024, which runs in conjunction with The Jesters own open mic.

Big Squash is a new act friendly weekly new material night, where anyone is welcome to have a go on stage. Nowadays a frequent closer for the Wednesday open mic show, they found great joy in performing alternative comedy to the unsuspecting masses.

A comedy style described by peers as "maybe", Keane serves as an answer to the time honoured question: Why did that chicken cross the road anyhow? Self admitted to have never actually written a joke, just a vibe, Keane will surely push your perception on what comedy truly can be, and put the art in autistic (if you can't spell).
